What FixMySender Does

FixMySender is DNS verification and monitoring software that fixes GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) + Mailgun sending subdomain verification. If your domain status shows "Pending" or "Failed" in GoHighLevel, or your emails display "via mailgun.org," FixMySender identifies the exact DNS errors and generates the correct SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME, and MX records for your specific DNS provider.

This is not a deliverability service. FixMySender focuses exclusively on DNS authentication and platform verification — the foundation that makes everything else work. We provide verification proof, a complete DNS snapshot, and an implementation summary so you know exactly what was done.

Supported DNS Providers

FixMySender generates provider-formatted DNS records ready to add to your hosting panel. Currently supported providers include:

  • GoDaddy — the most common setup for GHL agencies
  • Cloudflare — including proxy vs DNS-only record handling
  • Namecheap — with correct BasicDNS record formatting
  • IONOS (1&1) — including their specific hostname conventions

How It Works

You share your root domain, sending subdomain (e.g., mg.yourdomain.com), DNS provider, and current verification status. FixMySender scans your existing DNS records, compares them against the Mailgun verification requirements, and generates the exact records needed — formatted for your specific DNS provider. After the records are applied, FixMySender confirms DNS propagation and verifies the domain inside GoHighLevel/Mailgun.

Optional monitoring runs scheduled verification checks on your SPF, DKIM, MX, and DMARC records. If a record changes or drifts from the verified baseline, you receive an alert before your sending breaks.
