The legal terms governing your use of the FixMySender platform.
Effective Date: March 6, 2026 | Last Updated: March 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FixMySender platform, operated by FixMySender (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any FixMySender service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.
FixMySender provides DNS authentication and domain verification software for GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) + Mailgun sending subdomains. Our services include:
FixMySender does not guarantee inbox placement, email deliverability, or sender reputation improvement. Our service is limited to DNS authentication and platform verification. Inbox placement depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: sending reputation, email content quality, list hygiene, IP warming, recipient server policies, and volume patterns.
If DNS authentication is not the root cause of your issue, we will provide a clear root-cause report identifying the actual blocker and recommended next steps.
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may be updated with 30 days’ written notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their contracted rate until the next renewal period.
All payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles sales tax calculation and collection on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. For subscription services, billing recurs automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will process a complete refund.
After the 14-day refund window, if we are unable to achieve domain verification due to factors within the scope of DNS authentication, we will continue working on the fix at no additional charge during the 30-day support window.
You may cancel your monitoring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment.
To use FixMySender effectively, you agree to:
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, or failure to provide access, are not the responsibility of FixMySender and do not extend support windows or entitle you to a refund.
By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to modify DNS records for the domain(s) submitted. If you provide us with delegated access to your DNS management panel, you do so voluntarily. We will only modify records directly related to sending subdomain verification (SPF, DKIM, MX, CNAME, DMARC) and will not alter any other DNS records.
If you prefer not to grant direct access, FixMySender generates copy-paste-ready DNS records formatted for your specific DNS provider, and you will apply them yourself.
Fix & Verify results are typically delivered within one business day of receiving complete client information and DNS access. Actual completion time depends on DNS propagation (typically 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on your DNS provider and TTL settings).
We do not guarantee specific turnaround times. “Same business day” is a target, not a commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixMySender’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to FixMySender for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall FixMySender be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, email delivery failures, sender reputation damage, or any damages arising from DNS changes — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that DNS modifications carry inherent risk. While we take every precaution to implement records correctly and verify propagation before delivering proof, we cannot guarantee that third-party systems (DNS providers, GoHighLevel, Mailgun) will behave as expected in all circumstances.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Specifically, we do not warrant that:
All deliverables provided to you (DNS record sets, implementation summaries, verification proof documents) are provided for your use in connection with the domain(s) covered by your engagement. You may share these deliverables with your own clients or team members.
The FixMySender brand, website content, processes, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, white-label, or represent our services as your own without written permission.
We treat all client information — including domain names, DNS credentials, and business details — as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to perform our services (e.g., querying public DNS records) or as required by law.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
By You: You may cancel monitoring subscriptions at any time through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
